How It Works
- Every lab runs in your browser. Nothing to install, no account needed, and it works on a laptop or a phone (on a phone: tap an item, then tap where it goes).
- Each lab has three short activities. Each one starts with a mission and ends with a result and a takeaway.
- Every lab follows one company, Starbucks, so the data connects from chapter to chapter.
- Labs are ungraded practice. They are a good way to review before an exam. If your instructor asks for your answer, use Copy my answer at the bottom of a lab and paste it into Canvas.
About the Data
All data in these labs is illustrative teaching data. The shape of each dataset is realistic;
the numbers, posts and messages are made up and are not Starbucks' actual figures. The labs are not affiliated with Starbucks.
